I enjoyed this hotel, it was absolutely amazing. There were reasonably spacious and outstanding rooms with a bathroom, fresh clean towels. Every staff member was affable and helpful. The experience was fairly nice and I would love to come back...

I liked my stay here and recommend it. The location was the best possible and exceptionally nice, just off the train station, bus stop, and the beach. It was good to be 1 mile away from Frisco Popcorn Factory, serving short-orders.

I asked for a single room, it was outstanding and cozy.

I appreciated the hotel, its reasonably spacious room and nice staff. Coffee and croissants were served for breakfast in the bar. Marvellous location close to all shops was a plus.

With a large family, finding suitable accommodation can be a challenge, but the B&B we stayed at in Giardini Naxos was perfect. The location was fantastic, offering breathtaking sea views that we all enjoyed. The staff, especially Daniela, were incredibly attentive and always available to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast at Etna bar, where we savored homemade croissants and the best coffee we've ever had. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to visit again!

My wife says that the only thing she wished for during our stay was a small playground or play area for the children.

The room is lovely and quiet. It's equipped with climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. the staff is amiable and nice. the atmosphere is family-friendly. the hotel is centrally located, just minutes from a train station.

No handle on the window/door, which could be a problem in colder weather. the noise from passing trains was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Exceptional customer service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even moving their own vehicle to accommodate parking. The room was cozy with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of pastries, fruits, and fresh coffee. The location was perfect, nestled between Taormina and Giardini Naxos, making it easy to explore both areas. I highly recommend this B&B for a memorable stay in Sicily.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. As seniors, we sometimes require assistance or have specific needs, and having a younger staff member who is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile can make a big difference in ensuring a comfortable stay.
